Job Summary
Design, govern, and promote secure, scalable authentication solutions across digital channels by translating business requirements into practical architectures aligned with Zero Trust, NIST, GDPR, eIDAS, and the Cyber Resilience Act. Act as the primary interface between customers and Product and Engineering teams, conducting workshops, leading solution design discussions, and managing technical requirements to protect engineering focus on platform development. Support commercial activities including RFI/RFP responses, customer presentations, solution definition, technical writing, and articulation of architectural decisions. Ensure authentication solutions are secure, compliant, and aligned with business objectives while translating customer feedback into product improvements. Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, sales, and security functions to enable simpler, safer ways to pay, connect, and access services at scale.
Required Qualifications
- Strong expertise in authentication technologies including OpenID Connect (OIDC), OAuth 2.0/2.1, SAML, FIDO2/Passkeys, MFA/2FA, SSO, and Identity Federation
- Capability to design authentication architectures for web, mobile, API, and cloud environments
- Expertise in Zero Trust frameworks
- Knowledge of NIST standards
- Knowledge of GDPR regulations
- Knowledge of eIDAS regulations
- Knowledge of the Cyber Resilience Act
- Experience conducting workshops
- Experience leading solution design discussions
- Experience managing technical requirements
- Ability to respond to RFI/RFP requests
- Ability to deliver customer presentations
- Ability to perform solution definition
- Ability to produce technical writing
- Ability to articulate architectural decisions and differentiators
