Job Summary

The Sales Engineer will act as a technology and solution advisor, owning the technical win in all sales campaigns. Responsibilities include guiding discovery with customers, delivering technical overviews and POV engagements, translating customer challenges into technical solutions for GoSecure, aligning pre-sales activities with account goals, partnering with delivery teams (MSS/MDR) to ensure technical effectiveness, and communicating effectively with customers and stakeholders across the organization. Strong presentation, relationship-building, and cross-functional collaboration skills are required, along with experience in security domains and knowledge of IT security, operations, and compliance.

Required Qualifications

  • BS degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or equivalent experience required
  • 5+ years of operational and/or selling experience in network and/or endpoint security
  • Experience selling into, and established relationships in Canadian-based enterprises
  • Value-based influential technical-selling expertise in mid-market and large enterprise environments
  • Experience presenting at multiple levels, from C-Suite to Solution Users
  • Experience taking ownership of complex projects and producing successful outcomes
  • Broad knowledge of the IT security, operations, and compliance space and products
  • Demonstrated critical thinking skills
  • Naturally team-oriented with a mission-first attitude
