Job Summary
Lead and coordinate Alan’s Pre-Sales strategy for large Enterprise and Public sector deals in Belgium, acting as the driver of the Pre-Sales function to enable Sales teams with product insights, requirements elicitation, and collaborative responses to RFIs/RFQs/RFPs; partner with Sales, Insurance and Product teams to evangelize Alan’s platform, contribute to complex onboardings, and help shape product roadmap; the role requires 4+ years in SaaS, fluent English plus Dutch or French, and residence in Belgium, with remote-work flexibility within Belgium and a bias toward cross-functional collaboration and global playbooks.
Required Qualifications
- At least 4+ years of experience in a SaaS environment
- Fluent written and verbal communication in English
- Fluent written and verbal communication in Dutch OR French
- Based in Belgium
- Experience in end-to-end procurement projects with involvement in RFI, RFQ, and RFP
- Ability to pitch a product transparently without overselling capabilities
- Strong requirements elicitation and root-cause analysis
- Assertiveness and ability to handle objections in a complex environment
- Ability to break down complex issues and identify product gaps
- Ability to influence product roadmap with insights
- Excellent stakeholder management at high levels
- Strong prioritization and commitment to deadlines
- Willingness to learn and grow within a fast-paced team
- Experience with HRIS/Payroll solutions (nice-to-have)
- Experience in Insurance or Health platforms (nice-to-have)
- European market experience (Belgium focus)
