Job Summary
Infrastructure Architect (Pre-Sales) serves as the knowledge expert for hospital patient monitoring within Philips, acting as the primary technical interface between Philips and customers to shape solution design and sales strategy. Works with the KAM and clinical experts to translate Philips value into healthcare workflow improvements, develops current/future state proposals, assists with RFP strategy and quotation, supports market-to-order processes including SOW and VAS scope, collaborates with Sales Support on tools, pricing, and competitive threats, and monitors industry changes to expand product offerings. Requires a Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years in Healthcare IT/Medical Devices/EHRs, experience with Epic/Cerner, proficiency with Visio, and strong verbal/presentation/written communication skills. Must be able to work in-person in Houston, TX, within driving distance of a major airport; office-based with at least 3 days in the office. Total Target Earnings USD 152,200–163,400 annually, plus potential benefits. US work authorization required; relocation benefits not provided.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of 5 years of experience in Healthcare IT, Medical Devices, Electronic Health Records (Epic, Cerner) and related workflows.
