Job Summary

Pre-sales engineer collaborates with Sales, Support and Accounting as the technical expert for customer-facing presentations, scopes client requirements, documents gaps as high-level specifications, writes technical offerings and business proposals for SaaS products, and coordinates with Sales and Product teams to align solution design with customer goals. Responsibilities include preparing and delivering technical presentations, addressing RFIs/RFPs, researching prospects’ current solutions, creating diagrams, adapting sales/marketing materials for different customers, and supporting lead generation activities. Requires demonstrated sales/consulting experience in SaaS, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in streaming technologies. English proficiency and ability to manage multiple projects independently are essential.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum Requirements: 3 or more years working in sales, software development or consulting in SaaS Companies.
  • Proven technical skills.
  • Outstanding interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Advanced level of English.
  • Effective time-management and prioritization abilities while working on multiple projects.
  • Independent, self-driven with excellent matrix management skills.
  • Product knowledge: experience on streaming technologies
