Job Summary
Design network infrastructure maps and plans, defining device locations and interconnections for client solutions. Configure routers, switches, and firewalls to ensure efficient data communication and implement security controls against unauthorized access. Monitor network performance continuously to diagnose and correct failures before impacting users. Support the sales process by analyzing requirements, preparing technical-economic proposals, and presenting solutions during technical demonstrations. Collaborate with commercial teams to guarantee offerings meet technical, security, and connectivity needs. Requires 2+ years of experience in networking or support roles with certifications in Cisco, Aruba, or Juniper preferred. Hybrid office environment with non-standard hours based on business needs.
Required Qualifications
- Professional in Systems Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related fields
- Minimum 2 years of total experience
- Experience in roles such as Support Engineer, Pre-sales Consultant or Pre-sales Engineer, preferably in the technology sector
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals and communication protocols
- Knowledge of LAN (Local Area Network), WAN (Wide Area Network) and WLAN (Wireless Local Area Network) technologies
- Basic networking knowledge
- Design and implementation of network infrastructure solutions
- Basic knowledge of databases
- Knowledge of project management and management
- Administration and configuration of switches, integrated communication equipment and networking solutions according to the manufacturer
- Preparation and design of technical-commercial proposals
Desired Qualifications
- Current certifications or knowledge of solutions from leading manufacturers such as Cisco, Aruba and Juniper Networks
