Job Summary
Pre-Sales Engineer responsible for technical support, tender preparation, and bid management for PV system projects. Designs and sizes PV installations using AutoCAD/PVsyst, develops cost estimates and quotations, manages tender documentation, supports clients during presales, collaborates with sales/projects teams to develop competitive proposals, stays updated on PV sector trends, and coordinates with project managers, engineers, and suppliers to ensure successful project execution from presales to handover. fluently communicates in French and English; requires Master’s in Engineering and 5+ years in energy; knowledge of energy storage and DG Greece market is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Engineering
- More than 5 years of professional experience in energy
- Knowledge of energy storage systems (asset)
- Effective communication and rapport-building skills
- Strong interpersonal, negotiating, and organizational skills
- Proven experience as a Pre-Sales Engineer in the Renewable Energy Market with sales achievements
- In-depth knowledge of energy market practices (DG Greek Energy Market)
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced level of Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail

- Analytical skills
- Excellent written and spoken communication in French and English
