Job Summary
Senior strategic Pre-Sales Engagement Lead at HP who shapes and closes enterprise-level managed print services pursuits. Responsible for end-to-end pursuit lifecycle from qualification through contract signature and transition to delivery, including solution strategy, pricing, contract negotiation, and handover to delivery. Leads cross-functional alignment across sales, finance, legal, delivery, product, and operations; performs complex financial modeling (ROI, TCO, profitability) to support decision-making; owns deal governance and executive communications. Requires deep solution selling expertise, cross-functional orchestration in matrixed environments, and ability to influence global teams without direct people management. Travel up to 25%.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5-10 years of experience in pre-sales, pursuit management, deal strategy, or business development in managed services, SaaS, or technology environments.
- Proven track record leading large, complex, cross-functional deals with material financial impact.
- Demonstrated experience managing enterprise-level negotiations and contract execution.
