Job Summary
Conduct technical pre-sales support by collaborating with the sales team to understand customer requirements and develop detailed security architectures using Fortinet products. Execute product demonstrations, proof of concepts, and workshops to showcase solutions while engaging with clients to assess needs and recommend appropriate strategies. Assist in preparing RFPs and RFIs, provide training to internal teams and partners on emerging trends, and maintain awareness of compliance frameworks like NIST and ISO 27001. Work closely with post-sales engineering to ensure seamless deployment and customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity pre-sales, solutions architecture, or technical consulting
- Hands-on experience with Fortinet solutions (e.g., FortiGate, FortiSIEM, FortiAnalyzer, FortiEDR, FortiWeb, FortiNAC, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of network security, firewalls, VPNs, SD-WAN, Zero Trust, endpoint security, and cloud security solutions
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand business benefits for customers and stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-centric mindset
- Understanding of security frameworks, risk management, and compliance requirements
Desired Qualifications
- Fortinet NSE 4, NSE 5, NSE 6, or NSE 7
- Other cybersecurity certifications (CISSP, CISM, CEH, etc.)
