Job Summary
Pre-Sales role supporting Alanâs Enterprise and Public sector Sales; master our platform and empower Sales with insights and tools; listen to prospectsâ needs and map them to Alanâs capabilities; understand the prospect and assess functional alignment; participate in RFP submissions and coordinate responses with Sales, Insurance and Product experts; join the customer acquisition journey and advocate for the customer in product roadmap; coordinate complex onboardings and ensure successful handovers; collaborate across teams to help enterprise customers succeed. Fluency in French and English; 5+ years in SaaS; proficiency in procurement processes (RFI/RFQ/RFP); strong requirements elicitation and stakeholder management; capable of articulating product value without overselling; eagerness to learn and grow in a growing team.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a SaaS environment
- End-to-end procurement projects with involvement in RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs
- Ability to elicit requirements and understand prospectsâ needs
- Strong objection-handling and stakeholder-management skills
- Fluency in French and English
- Experience with presenting product value and coordinating complex customer onboarding
