Job Summary
Lead end-to-end RFP responses and develop multi-channel media plans (Display, DOOH, Audio, CTV) tailored to client goals and budgets. Partner with Sales to uncover client objectives, translate location intelligence and data-driven insights into compelling narratives, and create best-in-class proposals that win business. Present strategy and recommendations in client meetings, and drive the RFP workflow with cross-functional teams (Creative, Ad Ops, Platform) to ensure timely delivery. Requires 2-3 years in digital media planning/strategy, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote-first, Miami or NYC-based role.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in digital media planning or strategy
- strong communication skills
- based in Miami or NYC
- ability to design multi-channel media plans (Display, DOOH, Audio, CTV)
- experience developing RFP responses and client proposals
- data-driven marketing and location intelligence experience
- ability to present strategy and insights to clients
- collaboration with Sales, Ad Ops, and Platform teams
- self-management and attention to detail in a start-up environment
- client-facing experience
