Job Summary
Pre-Sale Representative responsible for high-quality customer service and building strong customer relationships to meet or exceed sales objectives. Duties include scheduling in-store appointments to boost product sales, negotiating product placement and promotions, guiding order processes and timely communications, coordinating in-store advertising with management, obtaining customer signatures for promotional agreements, maintaining shelf standards and inventory through merchandising strategies, coordinating with management to deploy brand representatives for selling/promoting products, providing feedback to Sales Management on service quality and deliveries, and assisting with inventory billing adjustments and reconciliations in collaboration with administration. Must be fluent in Spanish and English, have a valid driver’s license and a qualifying personal vehicle, be able to work in a cold environment, and be willing to travel up to 25% with potential overnight stays. Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills are essential and experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel is preferred.
