Job Summary
Clerical/operations-focused role in a fast-paced distribution center handling inbound shipments. Responsibilities include identifying the correct POs and vendor ASNs, creating or verifying BCASN for each inbound shipment, coordinating with ASN Production and Allocations to ensure daily processing, and finalizing shipments as ready to be received. Requires identifying variables across various inbound shipment types, resolving discrepancies by coordinating with multiple departments, and maintaining accurate documentation within the DC receiving process. Strong math/analytical abilities, basic Excel, and clear written communication are essential for success, along with ability to work independently and with a team.
