Job Summary
Prepare and finalize textile print files for production, including repeats, color setup, and technical specifications. Scale designs accurately across multiple sizes while maintaining design integrity and proportion. Ensure accuracy of layered files, including overlays, textures, and distressing elements. Support color consistency across various production formats to ensure alignment from digital to physical output. Review and adjust artwork based on samples and production feedback. Manage and organize files with strong version control, naming conventions, and calendar adherence. Prioritize multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards and meeting deadlines. Identify workflow efficiencies and contribute to process improvements. Collaborate closely with textile design, product development, and production partners to optimize designs for print and quality standards.
Required Qualifications
- 5 to 7 years of textile design or pre-production experience
- strong portfolio of professional achievements
- Bachelor's Degree in Textile Design or a related field
- Expert level proficiency in Adobe Photoshop

- Strong experience working with layered files, including overlays, textures, and distressing techniques
