Job Summary
Develop and issue educational content including class notes, tests, and assignments. Supervise classes to ensure a safe and productive learning environment while delivering interactive instructions. Organize supplies, plan educational activities, and maintain a clean, orderly classroom. Prepare and distribute periodic progress reports and semester report cards. Attend parent-teacher meetings and evaluate students' progress by documenting achievements. Allocate and grade homework, assignments, and tests. This role supports SMRJS's pan-India school chain across Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, and Madhya Pradesh, serving over 30,000 students. Candidates require a B.Ed. or NTT qualification and relevant graduation, with 2-5 years of experience in CBSE schools being desirable though freshers are welcome.
Required Qualifications
- B.Ed. or NTT or equivalent teachers training qualification
- Graduation/Post Graduation in relevant subject
