Pre Press Operator - 2nd Shift - $2000 Retention Bonus

Performs complex electronic pre-press functions using computerized workflows to prepare orders for printing. Utilizes graphic arts software (notably Adobe Illustrator) and aligns electronic order files with art templates, making minor adjustments, and outputs files to plate making equipment. Responsible for grouping orders by stock, ink, color, and quantity to optimize printing efficiency, printing proofs, organizing files for future orders, replenishing materials as needed, and assisting with troubleshooting plate making equipment. Requires 18+ and High School/GED with 2 years of PrePress experience; education and experience emphasize associates-level training in Graphic Arts. Shift: 2nd (Monday–Friday, 3:00pm–11:00pm) with comprehensive benefits and compensation including an hourly range of $22-$23, eligibility for commission or annual incentive, and a broad benefits package. Knowledge of MAC/Illustrator and strong written/verbal communication are important for success, along with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage electronic orders and archives.
