Pre Post Op Nurse Coordinator II

Coordinate pre- and post-operative patient care at Cooper Surgery Center's Moorestown facility, managing a group of patients from assessment through recovery while supervising care using the nursing process. Apply Cooper core values and communicate openly with internal customers, supervisors, management, and physicians to provide excellent service. Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement projects, cross-training in other specialty areas, and collaborate with the Clinical Director to plan or adjust course for improved continuity of care. Requires one year of pre/post or critical care RN experience, a BSN, and current NJ-RN, BLS, and ACLS certifications. Eight-hour shifts with flexible start times; salary ranges from $41 to $70.
