Job Summary
Provide cost-effective, professional, and timely service for all sales enquiries, quotations, orders, deliveries, and associated administration for Heidelberg Materials Quarry Products. Supervise quarry activities to ensure efficient, cost-effective utilisation of labour, plant, and material resources while liaising with colleagues, the Unit Manager, suppliers, and contractors to programme plant production. Ensure compliance with the company Health and Safety Policy, Local Managers Rules, and all relevant Risk Assessments and Method Statements. Salary: £29,000pa. 27 days holiday. Requires SAP, Syncrotess system knowledge and one year of customer sales/service/operations/transport experience.
Required Qualifications
- Good level of commitment to customer service and satisfaction
- Excellent communication skills
- Allocator cycle knowledge and understanding
- Previous planning experience
- Minimum of a Grade C at GCSE in Maths and English
- Excellent knowledge of SAP, Syncrotess systems and standard office packages
- Good communication and analytical skills with the ability to negotiate at all levels
- Experience of working within a large company environment and achieving targets
