Job Summary
Assist pharmacists with daily dispensing, packaging, and labeling medications in compliance with all regulations. Perform prepacking duties, maintain accurate records, and uphold quality control standards to ensure accuracy and patient safety. Monitor and manage inventory levels, perform stock audits, verify expiration dates, and maintain organized storage areas. Ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and functionality of the fulfillment area by performing regular cleaning tasks and assisting in equipment maintenance. Communicate effectively with pharmacy staff to support workflow efficiency and maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment. This role supports the leading care-at-home data, technology, and service platform that manages durable medical equipment and pharmaceutical services for over 145,000 patients daily.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a pharmacy technician training program
- Minimum of six (6) months experience in a pharmacy or healthcare-related environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and professional demeanor
- Attention to accuracy, accountability, and teamwork
