Pre-Op Post Op Supervisor RN

Pre-Op/PACU Supervisor responsible for managing day-to-day operations of the pre-operative and post-acute care units, overseeing scheduling of procedures and staff, inventory control, human resources, staff credentialing, preventive maintenance and safety, assisting with marketing, QA/QI, and risk management. Role requires leadership in coordinating staffing, credentialing, and safety initiatives, with emphasis on quality improvement and regulatory compliance. Requires an RN license, BLS certification, and strong operational leadership skills; ACLS certification is preferred or basic EKG/arrhythmia identification; ASPAN membership preferred. Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting.
