Job Summary
Supervise and coordinate nursing personnel in Pre-Op and Post-Op areas to ensure patient care quality, compliance with policies, and efficient operations. Requires RN license, Bachelor's degree, and supervisory experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- RN with active license in appropriate state
- CPR, ACLS and PALS Certification
- Minimum of 3 years Healthcare supervisory experience
- Evidence of leadership qualities
- Strong ethical and moral character references
- Language skills adequate for high-level written, interpersonal, and telephone communication in American English
Desired Qualifications
- ASC experience
- Computer literacy
