PRE OP/ POST OP (RIO) RN

RN for PRE OP/ POST OP (RIO) duties at AdventHealth Orlando. Conduct comprehensive assessments of physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors; develop and implement individualized care plans; administer medications and treatments safely; educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and self-care; collaborate with medical staff to coordinate care; document care activities accurately; ensure infection control and safety standards; provide emotional support and therapeutic communication to patients and families; supervise and delegate care within the team; engage in ongoing professional development and performance improvement; respond to code situations as needed.
