Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process, including systematic collection of psychological, physiological, sociocultural, spiritual, economic, and lifestyle data. Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to set measurable goals, modify care plans based on evidence-based practice, and coordinate discharge planning. Document all phases of the nursing process in the healthcare consumer's record. Maintain certification in Basic Life Support, Advanced Cardiac Life Support, and Pediatric Advanced Life Support. Work at CHI Health Lakeside, West Omaha's only full-service hospital, providing comprehensive care in a technologically advanced environment focused on optimal patient outcomes.
