Job Summary
Manage all aspects of personal injury cases from inception to resolution by gathering, analyzing, and researching information while maintaining client files and reviewing medical records. Prepare various legal documents, including demands, and communicate with clients, lien holders, providers, and others in the legal community. Maintain high accuracy and professional standards while adapting quickly to complex tasks. This role supports attorneys in handling a wide variety of personal injury cases at Steinger, Greene & Feiner, a firm dedicated to securing financial justice for injured victims since 1997.
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proficiency with computers, telephone lines, and other related office equipment
- Must have strong organizational skills; be able to follow instructions, switch tasks quickly and meet deadlines
- Must exercise sound judgment, work independently, and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent planning and reporting skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
