Job Summary
Manage all aspects of personal injury cases from inception to resolution, including gathering, analyzing, and researching information while maintaining client files. Review and summarize case files and medical records, then prepare various legal documents, including demands. Communicate and correspond with clients, lien holders, providers, and others in the legal community with high accuracy. Adapt quickly to switch tasks and meet deadlines while exercising sound judgment to work independently. Maintain a professional attitude, positive outlook, and vision as a key member of the team.
Required Qualifications
- Experience as an experienced paralegal
- Passion for seeking justice for injured people
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proficiency with computers, telephone lines, and other related office equipment
- Strong organizational skills
