Responsibilities include daily interaction with clients, insurance companies, and medical providers; updating cases with treatment information, records, and liens; verifying insurance information and billing details; monitoring deadlines and ensuring timely progression; processing daily correspondence; overseeing case progress and assigning tasks to pre-litigation assistants; and preparing demands and closing statements.
Required Qualifications
- In Office position
- 3+ years of progressive experience in a legal or related department, including at least two years in a supervisory or team lead role
