Job Summary
Oversee pre-litigation personal injury caseload, direct case strategy and settlements, supervise case managers, ensure efficient workflow and adherence to firm standards, negotiate with insurance carriers and opposing counsel, and provide day-to-day leadership of the pre-litigation team.
Required Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Active member in good standing with the Florida Bar (or applicable jurisdiction)
- Minimum of 3–5 years of Plaintiff Personal Injury experience required (5+ years preferred)
- Proven experience handling pre-litigation cases and negotiating settlements
- Experience working in a high-volume personal injury environment strongly preferred
- Experience with case management systems and legal software
