Pre-litigation Case Manager

Meet with attorneys, clients, and professionals to discuss assigned cases, draft welcome and representation letters, and set up claims for third-party liability and PIP/UIM. Monitor medical treatment, follow up on liability status daily, and take calls regarding treatment or case updates. Input medical providers into tabs, verify balances, and draft and send demands. Requires experience in plaintiff personal injury or automobile insurance. This role offers a competitive hourly base rate with monthly discretionary bonuses.
