Job Summary
Pre-Litigation Personal Injury Attorney responsible for managing a high-volume personal injury claims caseload from intake to settlement, including reviewing police reports and medical records, drafting demand letters, negotiating settlements with insurance companies, coordinating with medical providers, maintaining detailed case notes, and preparing cases for litigation when settlements are not achieved. Requires excellent negotiation, client-focused service, and adherence to ethical and legal standards; candidate must hold a J.D. and be licensed in Alabama with good standing, with 1–3+ years of personal injury experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Licensed to practice law in Alabama and in good standing with the Alabama Bar
- 1–3+ years of experience in personal injury law preferred (pre-litigation focus preferred)
- Strong negotiation, communication, organization, and time management skills
