Job Summary
Seasoned attorney sought to join Kisling, Nestico & Redick to handle a large, active personal injury docket in Ohio. Responsibilities include investigating case facts, developing damages evidence, negotiating settlements (including lien resolution), maintaining strong client relations and communications with opposing counsel, court personnel, and insurers; collaborating with teams to achieve firm goals; and supervising support staff. Must be admitted to the Ohio bar; 2-5 years of plaintiff or defense PI experience preferred. Skills in MS Office and Litify, excellent interpersonal and negotiation abilities, and the ability to work under pressure are emphasized. The primary office is in Toledo, with a location in Sylvania, OH.
Required Qualifications
- Admitted to practice law in the State of Ohio
- Minimum 2-5 years of plaintiff or defense personal injury practice
- Proficiency in MS Office required
- Knowledge of Litify case management software preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and overall superior communication and presentation skills
- Superior negotiation skills and ability to work under pressure
