Job Summary
Provide crisis intervention and consultation, deliver individual, group, and family therapy for youth ages 5–21, and assist clients in developing educational and vocational goals. Participate in interdisciplinary treatment planning, conduct therapeutic interviews, and evaluate client data to determine appropriate approaches or referrals. Maintain accurate documentation, monitor treatment effectiveness, and provide education to schools and community organizations. Transport clients as needed and perform administrative duties to support the school-based Full-Service Partnership program. Meet monthly productivity requirements of 100 hours or as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field from an accredited institution
- Registered as Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT), Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC), or Associate Clinical Social Worker (ACSW)
- Minimum two (2) years of experience working with mental health clients (inpatient or outpatient)
- Direct clinical and case management experience with knowledge of rehabilitation philosophy
- Strong clinical, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate computer proficiency
- Valid California driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Active auto insurance
