Job Summary
Manage a caseload of 24 direct client hours weekly, providing individual, couples, family, and child therapy using evidence-based, trauma-informed approaches. Conduct diagnostic assessments, develop treatment plans, and facilitate skills-based groups while responding to crises professionally. Coordinate care with internal and external providers, actively participate in clinical supervision, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams across outpatient, residential, and housing programs. Complete all clinical documentation in accordance with state and federal standards. Meet regularly with prospective clients to support engagement and perform other duties as needed to support the organization's mission.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling, Clinical Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution
- Current and unrestricted Minnesota licensure as an LICSW, LP, LMFT, or LPCC
- Significant progress toward unrestricted Minnesota licensure as an LICSW, LP, LMFT, or LPCC
- Valid driver's license with a clear driving record
- Strong clinical experience: background working people engaged in supportive housing, impacted by substance use disorders, and/or justice-involved individuals
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to engage individuals from diverse backgrounds impacted by systemic barriers
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and make sound clinical decisions
- Skilled in collaboration and team-based care aligned with RS EDEN's mission and values
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using multiple electronic record/database systems
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Committed to maintaining confidentiality and professional boundaries
- Must successfully undergo and pass a criminal history background check, and driver record screen (DMV check)
