Pre-Leasing Sales & Lifestyle Consultant at Windrose handles leasing, marketing, events, and resident-relations during a lease-up phase. Responsibilities include greeting and qualifying prospects, conducting property tours, processing applications, credit and criminal background checks, preparing leases and move-in packages, tracking occupancy and market conditions, designing and executing marketing plans and events to drive traffic, using on-site property management software, ensuring show-ready units, following up with prospects and new residents, supporting lease renewals, addressing resident inquiries, attending community networking events, and contributing to outreach marketing efforts to generate referrals and new business leads. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 1-3 years of sales/marketing/customer service experience, strong communication and customer-service skills, ability to read and understand legal documents, basic math for sales conversions, and a valid driver’s license for on-property mobility.
