Job Summary
Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment for preschool-aged children while implementing age-appropriate lesson plans. Manage classroom behavior to ensure a safe learning space and support children's individual learning needs, encouraging their social and emotional growth. Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff to foster a supportive community. Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and knowledge. Work Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm.
Required Qualifications
- CDA or higher
- Strong classroom management skills
- Communication skills
- Shift Schedule: 8am-5pm Monday through Friday
