Job Summary
Pre-K Transition Teacher responsible for planning and delivering instruction to 3-5 year olds in a 9.25-month contract in Little Rock, AR. Responsibilities include designing instruction to promote social, physical, and intellectual growth; formatively assessing progress; planning age-appropriate units and activities; coordinating with families and support staff; maintaining classroom organization and safety; implementing research-based instructional strategies; applying trauma-informed care and culturally responsive practices; creating hands-on educational materials; and adhering to DHS/ABC regulations and ongoing professional development.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Elementary or Early Childhood Education
- Current Arkansas Teacher’s license for Elementary Education P-4 or Early Childhood Education (must include Preschool)
