Pre-K Teacher at Uncommon Schools; co-teach in lead/apprentice teams to foster engaging, intentional classrooms focused on literacy, math, science, social studies, and language development; collaborate with the instructional team to differentiate instruction, analyze data, and support student achievement; participate in weekly meetings with Directors and instructional coaches; build strong relationships with families and sustain a nurturing, respectful classroom culture aligned with CARE values; lead and support administrative tasks, school operations, and ongoing professional development; compensation between $56,000 and $80,000 with full-time benefits and NJ certification eligibility requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; NJ certification eligibility required (certification not prerequisite)
