Job Summary
Pre-K teachers co-teach in an engaging, joyful classroom to foster literacy, math, science, and social-emotional development; collaborate with lead and apprentice teachers to facilitate centers, small group instruction, and differentiated learning; analyze student work trends with the Director to tailor instruction; implement Uncommon’s instructional model and partner with instructional coach and families to meet academic goals; support administrative tasks, behavior interventions, and daily school operations; participate in weekly meetings to strengthen instructional practice and community; require a bachelor’s degree and NJ certification-eligibility with strong commitment to urban education and family engagement; compensation between $56,000 and $80,000 annually.
