Job Summary
Pre-K Teachers cultivate a love for learning in an engaging, joyful classroom led by a lead and apprentice teaching team. Responsibilities include co-teaching literacy, mathematics, science, and social studies; collaborating with the teaching team to facilitate centers and small group instruction; weekly data review with the Director to differentiate instruction; implementing Uncommon’s instructional model; supporting social-emotional and academic development; assisting with classroom operations, family partnerships, and practice-based professional development; ensuring continuity of instruction and alignment with school-wide goals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- NJ state certification eligibility requirements (teacher certification not prerequisite in NJ)
