Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- Meeting NJ state certification eligibility requirements within a reasonable period after beginning employment
- Teacher certification not prerequisite for consideration in NJ per posting but certification eligibility requirements must be met
- GPA requirements: final undergraduate/graduate GPA 3.0 for graduates on/after 9/1/16 or 2.75 prior to 9/1/16
- 1-2 years of experience preferred in urban K-12 settings
- Demonstrated commitment to supporting students' social-emotional and academic development
- Enthusiasm for working with families in the best interest of students
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education, Humanities, English, Social Sciences, or related fields
- NJ certification eligibility requirements for teachers (certification not prerequisite but must meet NJ requirements)
- 1-2 years experience in urban K-12 settings preferred
