Job Summary
Pre-K Teacher responsible for planning, organizing and presenting instruction and instructional environments to support early learning and student development; supervises teacher assistants and coordinates activities; manages instructional time, behavior, and classroom routines; delivers clear, engaging lessons, provides timely feedback, and uses instructional plans aligned with school goals; maintains a safe and orderly classroom and communicates effectively with students, co-workers, parents, and the community.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in education or related area that will qualify for licensure as a teacher by the North Carolina Department of Public Instruction
