Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment for young learners while building positive relationships with children, families, and fellow teachers. Plan and implement hands-on, research-based lessons that support kindergarten readiness across early literacy, math, science, STEAM, social-emotional development, and critical thinking. Observe and support each child's individual growth, fostering independence, confidence, and a lifelong love of learning through play-based activities.
