Job Summary
Pre-K Teacher Assistant supports Lead Teacher in implementing lesson plans and daily routines in a structured, nurturing UPK classroom for four-year-olds. Responsibilities include assisting with learning activities, promoting social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development, supervising children, helping with personal care tasks (toileting, handwashing), maintaining a clean and safe classroom, building positive relationships with children and families, and supporting planning for individual student needs. Must be active, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and pass required background checks. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Teacher Assistant Certification required
