Job Summary
Assist Pre-K teachers by supporting instruction and supervising students. Provide one-on-one academic and behavioral support, lead small-group activities, help with housekeeping and clerical tasks, maintain student progress records, and aid in preparing instructional materials and classroom displays. Responsibilities include monitoring safety, reinforcing instructions, assisting with classroom discipline, and supporting the lead teacher in delivering quality instruction for all students. Requires high school diploma and at least 48 college hours with a 2.0 GPA; ability to perform light clerical duties, operate standard classroom equipment, and communicate effectively in standard English.
