Job Summary
Teach Pre-K/Preschool in a small-class, collaborative environment. Observe children’s interests and work with fellow teachers to develop a creative, engaging curriculum. Communicate with parents daily about children’s activities and progress through multiple channels, including mobile apps. Maintain appropriate ratios, support planning/resource time with directors, and contribute to a safe, nurturing classroom. Required Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
- 1-2 years of previous experience preferred
- Meets background check eligibility
- Ability to calmly address stressful situations professionally while multi-tasking to ensure smooth school operations
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. in connection with the handling of children for the facilitation of programs, child safety, and potential emergency situations
