Job Summary
Ensure the health, safety, and supervision of children at all times while maintaining classroom ratios and supervision standards. Support a positive, nurturing classroom environment by planning developmentally appropriate activities, leading storytimes and play-based learning, and encouraging adherence to rules and routines. Monitor children's development and progress while communicating professionally with parents and leadership. Uphold Magic Memories policies, procedures, and core values as a role model for staff, families, and the local community. No weekend or evening hours required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Level I Early Childhood Education Teaching Certificate
- Minimum 2 years of experience in childcare
- Exceptional communication, teaching, and interpersonal skills
- A desire to make a difference in the lives of children
