Job Summary
Facilitate hands-on activities following the Healthy Kids Curriculum, including fitness, STEAM, academic, art, and group sessions, while providing homework assistance. Maintain a safe, healthy, and fun environment by acting as a positive role model and observing state guidelines and school policies. Communicate daily with parents via the Playground App and report accurate attendance records. Stay until the last child leaves the program, ready to work designated times between 7:45 am and 5:15 pm. This part-time role at Townsend Elementary School supports families with employer-paid childcare for enrolled children.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years or older
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Medically cleared of any communicable diseases including TB
- Warm, friendly, and upbeat
- Exceptional people skills

- Physically able to bend, stretch, lift, carry (up to 50 lbs.)
