Job Summary
Pre-k Childcare Staff for Before & After School Program delivering Hands-on activities aligned to Healthy Kids Curriculum (fitness, STEAM, academic, art) and homework assistance for children aged 3–12. Ensure a safe, healthy, clean, and engaging environment, act as a positive role model, report ready at designated times, and communicate daily with families via the Playground App. May perform attendance, registration, and staffing tasks; adhere to state guidelines, program policies, and host school policies. Part-time, non-exempt position with employer-paid childcare benefits.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years or older
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Medically cleared of any communicable diseases including TB
- Must be warm, friendly, and upbeat
- Exceptional people skills, professional, reliable, and prompt
- Physically able to bend, stretch, lift, carry (up to 50 lbs.)
- Preference for 1 year of experience working with kids under 13
- Part-time availability during hours 7:00-8:45 am and 3:00-6:00 pm
