Job Summary
Assist the Lead Teacher in implementing age-appropriate lesson plans and prepare classroom materials to ensure a safe, clean, and inviting learning environment. Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through active engagement, individualized supervision, and daily care routines while fostering a sense of belonging. Communicate with families regarding their child's progress and daily activities, adhering to health and safety guidelines and licensing regulations. Requires a high school diploma with preferred early childhood education credentials, previous licensed childcare experience, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
