Job Summary
Co-teach literacy, mathematics, and core knowledge with a lead teacher while facilitating free-choice centers and small group instruction. Analyze student work samples and assessments weekly to differentiate instruction and adjust day-by-day teaching strategies. Build positive relationships with students and partner with families to support learning needs. Manage morning arrival, lunch duty, transitions, and after-school dismissal while participating in weekly school-wide meetings. Engage in practice-based professional development, mentorship, and coaching sessions to improve academic goals.
Required Qualifications
