Job Summary
Implement engaging, age-appropriate curriculum and activities covering early literacy, math, science, art, and hands-on learning. Create a structured, positive classroom environment while supporting children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. Lead daily learning sessions, maintain accurate records, and ensure a clean, organized space. Supervise children at all times, guide behavior with positive techniques, and communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress. Collaborate with classroom assistants, participate in staff meetings, and follow Texas childcare licensing requirements. Previous preschool or Pre-K experience is preferred, along with knowledge of early childhood development and strong classroom management skills.
